If you need help using a Portico website, one of our Customer Care Advocates can use live co-browsing to assist you. Co-browsing allows the Customer Care Advocate to view the Portico web pages with you, and to highlight specific areas to help guide you through the website. It works with any web browser, including Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.
